When Tom Saleska's team gave up a goal in the first 10 minutes
this evening, things did not look rosy considering that the hosts
were undefeated at 5-0-1.
The Falcons battled back to tie before halftime, however, when
Zach Lemler redirected a pass from James Kroll into the Ripon
net.
After the break Tyler Harris provided excellent play as a
defensive midfield replacement and Concordia took control of
possession.
Finally with only five minutes remaining in regulation Ryan
Folgate found Kroll for the game-winner.
"Bryan Samuel had an excellent match and Harris was KEY off the
bench", said a happy Coach Saleska. "Ische (Sam) had a spectacular
save in the closing seconds too. This is the best 4-3-0 team I
have ever coached."
