MEQUON, Wis. -
Three seniors on the Concordia University Wisconsin volleyball
team will bid farewell to the R. John Buuck Fieldhouse on Wednesday
night, as they play their final home game in a Falcon uniform.
Outside hitter Brittany Deinlein
(New Berlin, Wis.), setter Amy Gray (Urbana, Ill.), and outside
hitter Amanda Wilke (Oak Creek, Wis.) will be honored on Senior
Night, when CUW takes on MSOE (9-19, 2-9 NAC) in what is also the
Falcons' last regular season match.
CUW (5-18, 4-7 NAC) is still in the
running for a spot in the Northern Athletics Confernce
Tournament, which begins next Tuesday. The Falcons can earn a
tournament bid with a win against the Raiders and a Concordia
Chicago loss to Alverno.
Wednesday night's game will also
feature the "Digs for Emilee" fundraiser to support former CUW
recruit Emilee Ziorgen, who is currently battling Non-Hodgkin's
Lymphoma.
Game time is slated for 7 p.m.
