Mt. St. Joseph defeats CUW women's lacrosse 17-10

Cincinnati, OH

Concordia scored 10 goals for the first time in the program's brief history but could not stop the Mt. St. Joseph offense during a 17-10 loss on Sunday.

CUW (0-11) got a 6 goal effort from Samantha Meuwissen while Erin Lau (2), Abby Luko, and Meghan Pflaum added to the double digit scoring.

The hosts fired 29 shots in the first half while building an 8-4 lead and were quicker to the ball throughout with a 44-18 ground ball advantage.
