Leading only 1-0 after the first period, Concordia (7-5) turned
on the afterburners in the second session scoring 10 times on the
way to an 18-0 triumph over Dallas (4-10).
CUW got 5 goals from Sam Wladyka and 3 each from Michael Wyenn
and Cody Chassels while recording the first shutout in the
program's first-year history.
Dallas, another program in their lacrosse infancy, was outshot
55-12 by the Falcons.
Chassels added six assists to give him 15 points in two games
against the Crusaders. Hoping to keep their playoff hopes alive,
CUW is in action Wednesday at 3:30pm against Aurora.
