Mequon, Wis. -- Concordia (3-2-0) dominated the action throughout, scoring goals in the final minute of the first half and opening two minutes of the second stanza to defeat visiting Adrian 2-0 Sunday afternoon at Fitting Field.

CUW goalie Daniel Boklewski (senior, Carol Stream, Ill.) was forced to make only 3 saves while Tom Saleska's squad got off 17 shots of their own. Zach Lemler (West Bend, Wis.) got Concordia on the board with only :40 remaining until halftime on a feed from Zach Fohr (Plymouth, Wis.)

Michael McCrone (Janesville, Wis.) added breathing room at 47:18 on an assist from Jacob Streicher (West Allis, Wis.). Adrian (1-2-1) had 3 corner kick opportunities compared to 11 for Concordia. CUW travels to North Park on Tuesday for a 7pm encounter.
