The Foresters (3-16-0, 3-11-0 MCHA)
took the lead with a goal midway through the first period, before
adding two more in the second period to take a 3-0 lead into the

Furey made it 3-1 with a power play
goal almost eight minutes into the third period, with the help of
assists from sophomore Russell Johnson (Monticello, Minn.) and
freshman Cole Weiser (Beloit, Wis.).
But Lake Forest put the game to rest
with two more goals later in the third, and walked away with a
series sweep.
CUW will have a week of practice before they get set for another
