MEQUON, Wis. – The Falcons took care of business on Tuesday evening with a win during their opening Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference match and 48 hours they are prepared to defeat Wisconsin Lutheran at 7 pm inside the R. John Buuck Field House.

CUW PLAYER TO WATCH: Lindsey Casper has been the main cog in the Falcons back row defense over the past season-plus and this season is no different. She leads the team with 137 digs and ranks fifth in the NACC for her defensive efforts.
NEVINSKI SHINING: Lauren Nevinski has elevated her game this season, leading the team in total blocks (42) and is second in kills (62) and service aces (11). She has 25 kills and 21 blocks in the last three matches.
SERVING UP ACES: The Falcons have found their serving touch and fooled the opposition 63 times. At the current rate they would set the program record for service aces per set (2.10). Four players have double-figure service aces.
KLOTZ WORKING ON 2,000: It's early in the season to begin talking about milestones, but Karina Klotz is working her way towards 2,000 career assists. She is at 1,663 and has an outside chance to join an elite group, and is fourth all-time in program history entering tonight.
DEPTH A STRONG POINT: The Falcons have shown their depth this season, as they have played 10 or more players in every match this season. Moreso, all 16 players who dress have played in the same contest twice this season. Overall, Concordia Wisconsin has eight players with double-figure kills, five with double-digit blocks and nine with over 10 digs.
