Men's Basketball moves on to CIT Championship game

RIVER FOREST, Ill. -- Concordia Wisconsin flew away from Concordia Chicago on Friday night for a convincing 106-74 NACC victory inside Geiseman Gymnasium, which also sent the Falcons to the CIT Championship game on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons held a 20-point lead at halftime and was up by double-digits just over five minutes into the contest. They ballooned the lead to 30 with 13:49 to play in the game.
- Concordia Wisconsin shot a blistering 60.0 percent (39-of-65) in the game and scored 54 points in the paint, while making 82.6 percent (19-of-23) at the free throw line.
- Junior Joey Zietlow (Oak Creek, Wis.) led all scorers with 22 points on 10-of-14 shooting, while junior Jordan Johnson (Cedarburg, Wis.) had 20 points. Each player dished out three assists and combined for 10 rebounds. Sophomore Jared Jurss (Sheboygan, Wis.) tallied 14 points and eight assists, which allowed him to pass his brother on the assists top-10 list in the NCAA-era.
- Junior Camden Flowers (West Bend, Wis.) drained five 3-pointers and had 17 points, and sophomore Brandon Keller (Plymouth, Wis.) recorded 10 points and seven rebounds. Junior Alex Antonie (Sheboygan Falls, Wis.) registered three points, five rebounds and three blocks off the bench.
- Concordia Chicago was led by Landen Gladney who had 20 points on 10-of-16 shooting.

- Concordia Wisconsin will play for its second-consecutive CIT title on Saturday at 7:45 pm against Concordia Nebraska, an NAIA scholarship school.
