MEQUON, Wis. – The CUW men's volleyball team headed to MSOE to take on the Raiders in a NACC matchup.
The Falcons started hot with a 25-21 victory over the Raiders in set one. The blue and white fought off a four-point run by the Raiders late in the set to take the set with a kill from senior James Althoff (Kenosha, Wis.).
It was all MSOE the rest of the way with three straight sets falling their way with scores of 19-25, 17-25, and 17-25.
Althoff led the Falcons with 17 kills with sophomore Spencer Herman (Appleton, Wis.) right behind him at 16.
Herman snagged a double-double with a game-high 13 digs.
Freshman Logan Kebisek (Brookfield, Wis.) dished out 44 assists with senior Ryan Hoefs (Greendale, Wis.) snagging four assists and 11 digs.
The Falcons scored a total of 55 of their 78 points for 13.75 points per set.
The Falcons fly out to Boston for spring break and take on Emmanuel on Monday.
