MONTGOMERY, Ill. – The first-place Spartans of Aurora snapped the Falcons' win streak on Saturday afternoon. After picking up two-straight victories, the Falcons move to 2-3 in the NACC. The Spartans remain unblemished in the NACC at 5-0 and will host CUC on Wednesday for the NACC crown.

Freshman Madisen Myers collected six saves in the first half on Saturday. Myers also picked up six ground balls.

Freshman Sydney Dyba secured seven saves in the second half of play and collected five ground balls.

Sophomore Olivia Niego (La Grange, Ill.) had four of the nine CUW shots. Junior Grace Wilshire (Pittsburgh, Pa.) finished with three and Savannah Schweiger had two.

Sophomore Anna Gong (Phoenix, Ariz.) finished with a game-high seven ground balls.

The Falcons close the regular season on Friday against the Scarlet Hawks of Illinois Tech. If the Falcons win, they secure the final and fourth seed in the NACC Tournament.
