KANSASVILLE, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin women's golf team closed the Midwest Region Classic on Saturday. The Falcons finished with 387 strokes on Saturday to finish the weekend with 797 strokes in 31st place. Cal Lutheran won the team title at 615 strokes.
Senior Elizabeth Montaba (Elkhart Lake, Wis.) led Concordia in 46th place with a pair of 82-stroke rounds at 164 on the weekend.
Junior Shauna Grahn (New Berlin, Wis.) improved two strokes on Saturday with a round of 91 strokes in 127th place at 184 strokes.
Freshman Kierra Hahn (Muscatine, Iowa) finished in 172nd place with 98 strokes on Saturday at 212 strokes on the weekend.
Senior Paige Zirbel dropped five strokes on Saturday with a round of 116.
The Falcons will now fight at the NACC Championships on Oct. 5.
