Women's Soccer Duo Earns USC All-Region Honors

MEQUON, Wis. – The United Soccer Coaches (USC) announced its All-Region honors for NCAA Division III women's soccer on Tuesday, and the Concordia Wisconsin program landed two selections.

Representing the Falcons on the 2025 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Women's All-Region VIII Third Team are Lanie Czerkies and Koffy'e Chappel.

A junior defender from Joliet, Illinois, Lanie Czerkies earns her first career USC honor. Czerkies started all 20 games for the Falcons during the 2025 campaign and anchored a defense that posted shutouts against Carthage, Kalamazoo, Benedictine, Wisconsin Lutheran, Aurora, Concordia Chicago, and Rockford. She also contributed offensively with four goals on the season, scoring twice against St. Norbert and adding goals against Rockford and Loras. In November, the Illinois native was voted to the All-NACC First Team.

A freshman forward from Oakland, California, Koffy'e Chappel also collects her first USC honor following an impressive debut season on the shores of Lake Michigan. The standout newcomer tallied 22 points, finishing with nine goals and four assists. She recorded four multi-point performances, highlighted by a hat trick against Wisconsin–Stevens Point. Chappel also added a goal and an assist at Rockford, two goals at Lakeland, and a goal with two assists against Marian. She delivered three game-winning goals—against Wisconsin–Stevens Point, Aurora, and Lakeland. In November, she was named the NACC Freshman of the Year and earned All-NACC First Team recognition.

This marks the second consecutive season in which the Falcons have had two student-athletes earn USC All-Region honors.
