ORLANDO, Fla. – The Concordia Wisconsin men's tennis team faced Trine and Anderson on Tuesday in Florida. The Falcons fell 0-7 to Trine and 1-6 to Anderson.
The lone victory against Trine came at No. 3 doubles with senior Joshua Klement (Muskego, Wis.) and senior Benjamin Vorpahl (Sheboygan, Wis.6 with a 7-3 victory in the tiebreaker to win, 7-6.
Freshman Hayden Latus (Waukesha, Wis.), sophomore Renan Revite (São Bernardo do campo, Brazil) and Joshua Klement forced tiebreakers at No. 1, 2 and 4 singles respectively but fell to the Thunder.
Senior Landon Sather (Fort Wayne, Ind.) and Joshua Klement clinched the victory at No. 2 singles over Anderson with a 6-1 margin.
Joshua Klement claimed a 6-3, 7-5 victory over Luis Angel Guerrero Lara at No. 4 singles.
The Falcons close spring break play on Wednesday against Wentworth.
