KENOSHA, Wis. – The Concordia University Wisconsin women's soccer team tied with Kalamazoo College in their final game at the Battle on the Border, hosted by Carthage. The Falcons are now 0-0-3 on the year. This was only the second match up between the two squads. KZoo still holds they edge over CUW with one win.

It was a tight battle during the entirety of the contest. The falcons were able to get 10 shots off, six being on goal. Sophomore
Jacey Read (Carbondale, Colo.) and senior
Brei Rozmiarek (West De Pere, Wis.) each sent two shots off, both on goal, leading the team in both categories.

Kara Claussner (St. Charles, Ill.) was the goal minder for the Falcons. Claussner captured eight saves off of 23 Hornet shots.

Up next for the Falcons is their home opener against Loras on Wednesday. Frist kick is slated for 2:00 p.m. at Fitting Field.
