FOND DU LAC, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin men's hockey team closed the book on the 2025-26 regular season on Saturday night at Marian. The Falcons fell 2-4, finishing the regular season at 10-14-1. Concordia finished Northern Collegiate Hockey Association play at 6-11-1 in a tie for seventh place.
Junior Logan Kroyman (Deerfield Beach, Fla.) started the scoring in the first period with is first goal of the season on the power play off a one-timer from sophomore Jack Guvenal (Georgetown, Ontario) and a secondary assist from sophomore Connor Van Weelie (Mississauga, Ontario).
Freshman Cooper Brown (Airdrie, Alberta) found a wide-open net after he cleaned up a rebound of a junior Alex Ochitwa (Prince George, British Columbia) shot after senior Mason Ausmus (Saline, Mich.) carried the puck into the zone.
The Sabres cut into the Concordia lead with a goal late in the second period.
Marian claimed the lead in the third period with a pair of goals two minutes apart.
The Black and Blue added to the tally with an empty net goal in the final seconds.
Concordia held a 29-21 advantage in shots on Saturday night.
Junior Blake Hazelton (Lake Orion, Mich.) finished with 17 saves.
The Falcons will travel to No. 5 St. Norbert for the NCHA Harris Cup Quarterfinals on Friday and Saturday. St. Norbert secured the No. 2 seed in the standings. The two teams split the regular-season series. Top-seed Adrian will host Lake Forest. Trine held onto the three seed and will host Marian, while Aurora finished in fourth place and will host MSOE.
