ORLANDO, Fla. – The Concordia Wisconsin women's tennis team opened spring break play on Monday morning against Rose-Hulman. The Falcons fell 0-7 to move to 6-7 on the season.
The Fightin' Engineers struck first on Monday, taking all three doubles matches.
Sophomore Ruth Dolde (Fort Wayne, Ind.) put up a fight and took the opening set at No. 2 singles, 6-3, but fell in the second set 4-6 and the third-set tiebreaker, 4-10.
The Falcons look to bounce back on Tuesday against Trine.
