MEQUON, Wis. – The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced its 2026 Academic All-District Softball Teams on Tuesday morning, recognizing the nation's top student-athletes for their combined excellence on the field and in the classroom.
Concordia University Wisconsin softball once again demonstrated its strength both academically and athletically, earning the maximum number of honorees for the third consecutive year with five selections.
Junior Jenna Lischka (Manitowoc, Wis.) and senior Rylie DuVal (Elgin, Ill.) each earned Academic All-District honors for the second straight season, continuing to set the standard for consistency and excellence within the program.
They are joined by senior Maggie Plahmer (Slinger, Wis.), senior Julia Moker (Richfield, Wis.), and junior Jenna Shadoski (Janesville, Wis.), who all received the recognition for the first time in their careers.
Among the group, Shadoski was selected to advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, placing her among the nation's elite student-athletes with a chance to earn one of the organization's highest honors.
The Falcons have built a strong tradition of academic success at the national level. Last season, Jess Pozezinski earned CSC Academic All-America Second Team honors, becoming just the second player in program history to receive the distinction. She joined Kelsey Bollon, who was named to the Academic All-America teams in both 2021 (second team) and 2022 (first team).
All Academic All-District honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. Finalists selected as Academic All-America honorees will be announced on June 16, 2026, as voted on by CSC members.
