Aaron Siekmann completed his fourth year at Concordia University Wisconsin following the 2024-25 academic year.
Siekmann rejoined CUW after serving as the Director of Athletic Performance at Black Hills State University, where he worked from October 2015 until his return. During his time at BHSU, he oversaw all aspects of strength and conditioning across the athletic department.
Before his role at Black Hills State, Siekmann worked at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the baseball program. There, he designed sport-specific strength and agility programs, tailored individual workout plans, and taught Olympic lifting techniques. Concurrently, he also coached at Athlete Performance, where he trained athletes ranging from youth to professional levels, facilitated speed and agility camps, and developed personalized programs to meet each athlete’s needs.
A native of Detroit, Michigan, Siekmann is a proud alumnus of Concordia Wisconsin, where he earned his degree in Educational Studies with a minor in Health and Coaching. As a student-athlete, he was a three-year letterwinner at wide receiver for the football team. He earned Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Player of the Week honors twice during his career.
Following graduation, he continued playing with the Washington County Untouchables, a semi-professional team, during the 2011 and 2012 seasons.
In 2019, Siekmann earned a Master's in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago and became a certified Sports Nutrition Specialist through the ISSA.
He and his wife, Tara, reside in Wisconsin with their two children, Taron and Landon.
