Keijo Day finished his second season as the full-time assistant coach following the 2024 season.

Day was hired as a full-time assistant coach on August 1st, 2022, after graduating from Concordia in 2022.

Before being hired as a full-time assistant, Day spent five years as a Falcons Men’s Lacrosse team member. During his playing career, Day was a four-time captain and four-time all-conference player for the Falcons. Day also helped lead the Falcons to their first-ever NCAA tournament appearance during the 2019 season.

He finished his playing career as the men’s lacrosse all-time leader in points, goals, and assists.
