Ryan Voskuil

Ryan Voskuil is in his second year as a graduate assistant coach for Concordia’s Men’s Lacrosse team. Ryan will be in charge of the defense. The first-year coach was a four-year starting defenseman for Concordia.

During his career, Voskuil played in 58 games while starting in 55. He was named 2020 team captain. In his freshmen year, he was named Midwest Lacrosse Conference Rookie of the Year and appeared in all 19 games. Voskuil’s sophomore year he was named All-Midwest Lacrosse Conference Honorable Mention as a defender. He appeared in and started 17 games, picked up 17 ground balls and caused 10 turnovers. Voskuil’s junior year he was named All-Midwest Lacrosse Conference First Team as a defenseman. He also earned MLC Defensive Player of the Week honors once (April 15). Voskuil appeared in 16 games, making 15 starts, picked up 22 ground balls and caused 27 turnovers. During his junior year, he helped lead CUW to their first-ever MLC Conference Championship victory. Voskuil played in CUW’s first-ever NCAA tournament appearance. His senior year he appeared in and started all six games, assisted on one goal, picked up nine ground balls and caused a team-high-tying nine turnovers.

Voskuil has been a leader on the field his entire lacrosse career. He was a three-year varsity starter in high school and was team captain for two of those years. He has thrived in a student-athlete life, receiving the Midwest Lacrosse Conference All-Academic Team for the 2020 season.

Currently, Voskuil resides in Grafton, Wisconsin, and is working towards his Masters in Strategic Marketing at Concordia University Wisconsin.
