Ryan Hoefs completed his second season on the coaching staff with the Falcons in 2025.

A former Falcon himself, Hoefs competed from 2019 to 2022 as both a serving specialist and libero. He ranks among the program’s all-time leaders—third in sets played, fourth in matches played, fifth in digs, sixth in assists, and eighth in reception percentage. During his playing career, the Falcons recorded 35 wins, with two seasons impacted by COVID-related schedule changes.

Hoefs began building his coaching résumé through work with CUW Volleyball Camps and Ozaukee Volleyball Club, where he served as head coach of the 18s team during the 2022–23 season.
