Ryan Hoefs is in his third season with the Falcons in 2026. 

Hoefs played for the Falcons from 2019 to 2022, during that time he played as both a serving specialist and libero. Currently, he ranks third in sets played, fourth in matches played, fifth in digs, sixth in assists, and eighth in reception percentage all-time for the Falcons. The Falcons amassed 35 wins during his time on the court, with two seasons affected by COIVD shortened seasons.

Hoefs comes to the Falcons with a good start to his coaching career. He has worked with the CUW Volleyball Camps in the past, as well as coaching at Ozaukee Volleyball Club. Ryan has served as the 18s head coach for the 2022-23 club season.
