Stevens Point

Playing a weekend series without your leading scorer and #1 goal keeper (among a host of team members out with the flu) is a daunting task.

Add to that, the fact that the opponent is UW- Stevens Point on the road and the Friday night 4-1 loss that CUW suffered does not look all that bad.

"We skated hard and Katie (Hirsch) did a great job in the nets for us. Several players stepped up so that we can call it a positive learning experience under difficult circumstances."
