Aurora, IL
Concordia (5-2 overall) let some of a huge 16 point lead slip away
after halftime but still handed the host Aurora Spartans a 68- 59
defeat this afternoon to improve to 4-1 in the NAC on the
season.
Freshman Camille Parsons burst onto the Falcon scene with a 17
point performance while point guard Melanie Kulibert provided
game-winning ammunition to the CUW attack with 15 points, 8
rebounds, and a pair of steals.
Frosh forward Tiffany Hendrickson contributed 14 as Concordia's
youth movement seized the day. CUW controlled the boards and shot
88% from the line. The Falcons travel to Nationally-Ranked
Carthage for a non conference matchup on Monday at 7:30pm.
