CUW ups AZ record to 3-3 with 13-11 win

The Falcons defeated Keene State 13-11 Tuesday to improve to 3-3 on their Arizona trip. Nick Doedens led CUW with a 3-6 performance including a 3 run homer.

Val Keiper's team had a seemingly safe 13-4 lead after seven innings but needed a pressure-packed strikeout by reliever Ryan Schilter to quell a last-ditch Keene State rally.

Derrick Pankow got his second spring win while Matt Schilter and Dan Shea each had a pair of hits for CUW.
