CUW improved to 9-7 in NAC play with an exciting 15-12 win over
WLC in game one of Sunday's doubleheader.
Offense ruled the day as the Falcons broke an 11-11 tie after
four innings to get the crucial win. Concordia banged out 19 hits
with Dan Shea getting 4 of those including a pair of doubles that
produced 4 RBI.
Matt Schilter, Derrick Pankow, and Harry Steldt had 3 hits
apiece, but it was also the excellent relief work of Ryan Baglow (2
1/3 scoreless innings), that helped drop Wisconsin Lutheran to
17-17 on the season.
