MEQUON, Wis. - The long
awaited four-match homestand for the Concordia University Wisconsin
volleyball team has arrived, after 12 road matches and one home
contest to begin the season. The Falcons host Maranatha Baptist
Bible College on Tuesday at 7 p.m., before competing against Silver
Lake College on Thursday at 7 p.m. inside the R. John Buuck Field
House.

the play-by-play.
CUW (1-12, 1-1 NAC) is led by
seniors Brittany Deinlein (New Berlin, Wis.) and Amanda Wilke (Oak
Creek, Wis.) who have 112 and 103 kills, respectively. The duo
setting combination of sophomore Ashley Faber (Kewaskum, Wis.) and
senior Amy Gray (Urbana, Ill.) have assisted on 256 kills.
Defensively, Deinlein and Wilke
have dug over 100 attack attempts, while freshman Gabrielle
VanBeaver (Green Bay, Wis.) has rejected 40 kill attempts.
MBBC (6-2, 1-1 NAC) is paced by
Torey DeLozier who leads the league with 6.81 kills per set (184
kills) and a .419 hitting percentage. Emily Thompson leads the
Crusaders with 170 assists and DeLozier has dug a team-best 96
attack attempts.
