MEQUON, Wis. – The Falcons had trouble with the conference-leading Cougars as Concordia Wisconsin was defeated 13-1 and 14-4 in a doubleheader with Concordia Chicago.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-In the opener, the Falcons scored their lone run on Sean Tillmon's (Plainfield, Ill.) RBI single up the middle in the eighth inning that drove in Austen Dart (Algoma, Wis.).
-In game two, the Falcons showed off some power with a pair of home runs.
-Jared Chesak (West Bend, Wis.) homered to right center to lead off the fourth inning and put CUW on the board.
-In the next inning, Dart launched a two-run shot over the right-center wall, driving in Spencer Garnett (Clarendon Hills, Ill.).
-The Falcons got one more in the eighth as Christian Gerner (Mequon, Wis.) scored on an error.
-Garnett was 4-for-4 with a run scored and Dart was 3-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored in game two for CUW.
