MEQUON, Wis. – The CUW men's basketball team took on the Scarlet Hawks of Illinois Tech on Saturday afternoon.

The Falcons and the Scarlet Hawks were neck and neck heading into the second half with a score of 39-34 in favor of IIT.

In the first half, senior Jackson Freeman (Green Bay, Wis.) led the Blue and White with 14 points. 

He was 3-6 from three-point range.

The Falcons put up 33 in the second half but were outdone by a 42-point half by the Scarlet Hawks.

The Falcons fell by a final score of 67-81. Jackson led all scorers with 22 total points. He added three rebounds and two assists.

Senior Gabe Pruss (North Fond Du Lac, Wis.) finished with a 16-point and 11-rebound double-double.  

The Blue and White head to Dominican on Tuesday for another NACC matchup at 7:00 pm.
