COLFAX, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin women's cross country team ran a solid race at the NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country North Regional Championships on Saturday afternoon. The Blue and White finished in 14th place with 331 points. Wisconsin-La Crosse claimed the regional crown with 45 points.

Emma Ahrens (Stephens City, Va.) earned All-Region honors in eighth place with a personal-best time of 22:06.2.

Melanie Arvis (Berwyn, Ill.) had her best race of the season and earned All-Region honors in 32nd place at 23:01.1.

Danielle Van Grinsven (Appleton, Wis.) had her best race of her career in 62nd place at 23:46.6.

Abigail Poehlman (Hubertus, Wis.) placed 100th with a season-best time of 24:29.8.
In 129th place was junior
Abigail Lange (Pleasant Prairie, Wis.) at 25:05.9.

Mikayla Becker (Plantation, Fla.) brought in a season-best time of 25:11.7.

Elizabeth Van Rixel (Athens, Wis.) rounded out the flock in 143rd place at 25:24.5.
On Sunday, the NCAA will announce its qualifiers for the 2025 NCAA Division III Championships.
