Softball Snags Five CSC Academic All-District Honors

MEQUON, Wis. – On Tuesday morning, the College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced the 2025 Academic All-District Softball teams, which recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined academic and athletic achievements.

The Concordia Wisconsin softball team secured the maximum number of nominees possible with five, for the second consecutive year. Sophomore Jenna Lischka (Manitowoc, Wis.), junior Rylie DuVal (Elgin, Ill.), senior Megan Bloyer (Oregon, Wis.), senior Jasmine Freeze (Bolingbrook, Ill.), and Senior Jess Pozezinski all received the honor.

Jess Pozezinski and Megan Bloyer both advanced to the Academic All-America Ballot.

Last year, Jess Pozezinski was voted to the CSC Softball Academic All-America Second Team.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First, second, and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced on June 17, 2025.
