MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced its all-conference teams and major award winners for the 2026 women's lacrosse season on Thursday morning. The Concordia Wisconsin women's lacrosse program collected five honorees with Katelyn Cardinale and Emily Robertson on the All-NACC First Team. Naomi Black earned second-team honors and Carolyn Bourgeault and Delainey McCardle earned honorable mention honors.

Katelyn Cardinale

A senior midfielder from Mount Laurel, New Jersey, Katelyn Cardinale is claiming her fourth All-NACC selection and her third All-NACC First Team honor, joining the 2023 and 2024 seasons. Cardinale led the Falcons in scoring with 79 points, on 67 goals and 12 assists. She also led Concordia with 75 draw controls and 49 ground balls.

Emily Robertson

A junior midfielder from Canton, Michigan, Emily Robertson is snagging her second All-NACC honor, earning second-team honors in 2025. Robertson finished 2026 with 45 points, 36 goals and nine assists. She also collected 45 draw controls, 40 ground balls and 30 caused turnovers.

Naomi Black

A junior defender from Ottawa, Ontario, Naomi Black is landing her first All-NACC honor. Black was a staple for the CUW defense and led the team with 40 caused turnovers, while collecting 44 ground balls, four draw controls, two goals and two assists.

Carolyn Bourgeault

A junior attacker from Buffalo, New York, Carolyn Bourgeault is securing her first NACC honor. Bourgeault led the Birds with 17 assists on the year to go with her 22 goals, 21 draw controls, 21 caused turnovers and 38 ground balls.

Delainey McCardle

A defender from Jackson, Wisconsin, Delainey McCardle is claiming honorable mention honors for the second year in a row.  McCardle battled through some injuries and finished with 23 ground balls, and eight caused turnovers, helping silence the opponents' offenses.
