MEQUON, Wis. – Fresh off a dominant run to the NACC Tournament title, the Concordia Wisconsin men's lacrosse team placed a conference-best four players on the All-Tournament Team.
Sophomore Nolan O'Malley headlined the group as the tournament's Most Valuable Player, posting a perfect 3-0 record in goal with 42 saves, a 6.60 goals-against average and a .677 save percentage.
Offensively, sophomore Jackson Knutson led the charge with 10 points on eight goals and two assists, including game-winning goals against both MSOE and Lake Forest.
Senior Preston Meier added nine points with six goals and three assists, recording hat tricks against Lawrence and MSOE while also collecting seven ground balls.
Senior Oliver Roa anchored a stout defensive unit that held three high-powered offenses to under 10 goals in each contest, contributing a ground ball in every game.
Lake Forest landed three honorees with Gabe Boston, Liam Bradley and Carson Pagel. Aurora and MSOE had two selections with Chris Bucci and Gabe Zapt for Aurora and Alex Lo and Dawson Smith for MSOE. Benedictine had Luke Grant, Edgewood had Zach Thomas, IIT was represented by Jaeger Breault and Lawrence had Brody Herr.
The Falcons' balanced effort powered them to the conference title and an automatic berth in the NCAA Tournament.
