MEQUON, Wis. – Concordia Wisconsin men's tennis earned two spots on the All-NACC Tournament Team, with freshman Renan Botelho and sophomore Hayden Latus being recognized for their efforts.
Botelho picked up a 6-3, 6-1 victory at No. 5 singles in the quarterfinals against Edgewood and added a 6-4 win at No. 3 doubles. He was also in control of his semifinal singles match against Illinois Tech before play was halted.
Latus contributed a key 7-5 victory at No. 1 doubles against Edgewood, helping set the tone in postseason play.
Illinois Tech led the way with three selections with Hozumi Tada, Tanay Sharma dn Pedro Caro-Accino Roca as the Most Valuable Player.
MSOE was represented by Miguel Lopez and Emilio Ulloa and St. Norbert had Brett Daniels and Ryan Garland.
Illinois Tech claimed the title with a victory over MSOE.
