Four Falcons Earn All-Conference Honors

MEQUON, Wis. – The Concordia University Wisconsin softball team was represented on the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) All-Conference teams, highlighted by four total selections and a major individual honor.

Leading the way for the Falcons were Jenna Shadoski and Faith Keiper, who each earned First Team All-NACC recognition after standout seasons in the blue and white. The Falcons also landed Maggie Plahmer on the Second Team and Nora Statz claimed honorable mention honors.

Faith Keiper

A freshman pitcher from Tomball, Texas, Faith Keiper is securing her first NACC honors.

Faith Keiper was also voted as the NACC Freshman of the Year and is the second Falcon to claim the honor. The first since Jess Pozezinski in 2022.  Keiper's impressive debut season features a 10-4 record in the circle with 75 strikeouts and a 2.27 earned-run average. The freshman sensation also beat up NACC offenses at the plate with a 0.390 batting average with 16 hits, 17 RBI, 10 runs, four doubles, three homeruns and a gritty triple

Jenna Shadoski

A junior centerfielder from Janesville, Wisconsin, Jenna Shadoski is claiming her second NACC honor, after earning second-team honors in 2025. Shadoski had the greatest and most well-rounded campaign of any player on the NACC in 2026. She leads the nation in stolen base percentage at a perfect 42-for-42 mark. Her 42 stolen bases ranks 12th in the nation. Her 54 runs ranks 16th in the nation and she is also 18th in stolen bases per game at 1.05 and in runs per game at 1.35. Heading into postseason play, she has 62 hits, 54 runs, 26 RBI, 14 walks, 11 doubles, five triples and two home runs.

Maggie Plahmer

A senior first baseman from Slinger, Wisconsin, Maggie Plahmer is picking up her first All-NACC honor. Plahmer has been perfection at first base and boasts a perfect fielding percentage. The standout slugger from Slinger has scared NACC defenses all year with her 0.380 batting average. On the year she has 38 hits, 30 RBI, 25 runs, 13 doubles, 11 walks, a team-best four home runs and a super speedy triple.

Nora Statz

A senior shortstop from Helenville, Wisconsin, Nora Statz is snagging her first All-NACC honor. Statz is having a spectacular senior season and boast a 0.331 batting average to go with her 43 hits, 23 runs, 22 RBI, six doubles and five stolen bases.  

The four All-Conference selections and Keiper's major award highlight the depth and talent within the program, as Concordia Wisconsin continues to build momentum and establish itself as a competitive force in the NACC. The four honorees rank second with Aurora, Concordia Chicago, Dominican and Lakeland. Benedictine led the way with five honorees.
