MEQUON, Wis. – The Concordia University Wisconsin men's soccer team concluded the 2025 season with a 4-10-4 overall record and a 3-7-2 mark in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) play, finishing ninth in the conference standings.
Throughout the season, the Falcons continued to build its foundation through strong individual performances, offensive production, and a commitment to growth both on and off the field.
Offensively, the Falcons recorded 22 goals and 16 assists while generating 225 shots, averaging 12.5 shots per match. Concordia's attacking style was also reflected in its 94 corner kicks, consistently creating opportunities in the offensive third throughout the season.
Nevin Volarath led the Falcons' attack, appearing in 18 matches with 17 starts. The sophomore finished the season with a team-high five goals and one assist, serving as a key contributor and offensive catalyst throughout the year.
Huba Hajdu provided an additional scoring threat for Concordia, ranking second on the team with three goals. Hajdu appeared in 11 matches and made nine starts, making a significant impact whenever he stepped onto the pitch.
The Falcons also found success in the classroom. Sam Butterfield was recognized for his excellence as a repeat College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District selection, highlighting his commitment to academic and athletic achievement.
As the Falcons turn their attention toward the 2026 season, the experiences gained during the 2025 campaign will serve as a foundation for continued development. With returning talent, emerging contributors, and a commitment to improvement, the Falcons looks to build upon the lessons learned and continue progressing in the seasons ahead.
