MEQUON, Wis. – The Concordia University Wisconsin men's cross country team enjoyed a successful 2025 campaign, highlighted by a team championship, individual victories, conference success, and regional recognition.
The Falcons demonstrated their strength throughout the season, earning the team title at the Ken Weidt Classic. Leading the way was Isaiah Lubner, who claimed the individual championship and established himself as one of the top runners in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference.
Lubner's outstanding performances throughout the season earned him four NACC Student-Athlete of the Week honors.
At the 2025 NACC Cross Country Championships, Concordia placed fourth in a competitive conference field. Lubner once again delivered a championship performance, capturing the individual conference title and becoming the NACC Men's Cross Country Champion.
The Falcons concluded their postseason at the NCAA Division III North Regional Championships, finishing 20th as a team against some of the top programs in the region. Lubner earned All-Region honors after placing 33rd overall, capping off another impressive postseason performance.
Beyond his accomplishments on the course, Lubner was recognized for his dedication in the classroom, earning USTFCCCA Academic Award honors following the season.
Behind Lubner's conference championship season, four weekly conference honors, and all-region recognition, the Falcons recorded a team title, a top-four conference finish, and strong postseason performances while continuing to build momentum for the upcoming 2026 season.
