Men’s Basketball Claims NABC Academic Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced its academic honors on Wednesday for the 2025-26 season, including the Honors Court and Team Academic Excellence Award.

The Falcons posted a 3.34 cumulative grade-point average and earned the Team Academic Excellence Award for the 11th consecutive season. The award recognizes programs that achieve a team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the academic year.

In addition, seven Falcons were named to the NABC Honors Court.

Junior Casey Verhagen (Sheboygan, Wis.), senior Logan Landers (Cedarburg, Wis.), senior Sean Earley (Hickory Hills, Ill.) and senior Will Bauer (New Berlin, Wis.) each earned the honor for the second consecutive year.

Junior Jaden Guyton (Whitefish Bay, Wis.) and junior Jacob Christjohn (Milwaukee, Wis.) were first-time selections.

The NABC Honors Court recognizes junior, senior and graduate student-athletes who finished the 2025-26 academic year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
