Isaiah Lubner Named USTFCCCA DIII Men's Cross Country National Athlete of the Week

MEQUON, Wis. - Senior Isaiah Lubner has been named the Division III National Male Athlete of the Week by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

The Campbellsport, Wisconsin native earned the individual championship at the 34th Annual Ken Weidt Classic on Saturday with a winning time of 25:54.5. This is the first time in program history that a male athlete from Concordia Wisconsin has been awarded this honor during the cross country season. The national weekly honor also marks the first of Lubner's career.

The Falcons will travel to Northfield, Minnesota on Sept. 19 to compete in the St. Olaf Invitational.
