Concordia University Wisconsin

Austin Gussman finished his second season with the Concordia Wisconsin baseball program in 2024. 

A Denver, Colorado native, Gussman attended and competed for Iowa Western Community College before transferring to the NCAA Division I University of Akron. There, he completed his undergraduate degree in Financial Management in 2020. After graduation, he stepped into the coaching ranks at Wheeling University, an NCAA Division II school in Wheeling, West Virginia. At Wheeling University he served as the Graduate Assistant Coach where his primary duties consisted of implementing pitching development programs along with daily management of the pitching staff. 

At Concordia University Wisconsin, he serves as the full-time assistant coach and recruiting coordinator, primarily overseeing the pitching and bullpen.
