Concordia roared to a 14-0 lead after 3 innings in the first
game of Sunday's doubleheader before settling for a 17-10 win over
Wisconsin Lutheran.
The victorious Falcons pounded out 21 hits including 4 by
catcher Ryan Schilter who had a double and 3 run homer in the first
two innings.
Austin Sarauer also blasted a pair of home runs for CUW and
Jonathon Olla added a fourth.
Wisconsin Lutheran showed plenty of offensive prowess too,
collecting 19 hits and scoring 10 runs over the final six
frames.
The first game win improved Concordia's NAC record to 12-5.
