MEQUON, Wis. – On Thursday afternoon, the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) released its major awards and all-conference teams for the 2025 football season. The undefeated Falcons had 17 individuals honored by the conference. Concordia claimed three major award winners, seven All-NACC First Team selections, five All-NACC Second Team honorees and three Honorable Mention selections.
Greg Etter and Staff
The Concordia Wisconsin boss, Greg Etter and his staff were voted as the NACC Coaching Staff of the Year. This is the second time that Greg Etter has been honored by the conference.
Curran White
The NACC coaches also voted Curran White as the NACC Assistant Coach of the Year. This is the first time that he has claimed the honor.
Marquiton Sellers
A senior defensive lineman from Winnsboro, Louisiana, Marquiton Sellers was voted as the NACC Defensive Lineman of the Year and to the All-NACC First Team. This is the first time that he claimed a major award and the third All-NACC honor, earning second-team selections in 2023 and 2024. He is the first Falcon to claim the honor. Sellers leads the team with 16 tackles for loss and has 5.5 sacks on the season. He has 51 tackles so far on the year.
Roman Funk
A junior quarterback from Scottsdale, Arizona, Roman Funk is making his first appearance on the All-NACC First Team. Funk has had a spectacular season and has 2560 yard through the air with 29 passing touchdowns. He also has ran for 233 yards and four touchdowns.
Jason Leonard
A senior wide receiver from Tampa, Florida, Jason Leonard is claiming his second All-NACC title on the First Team, with honorable mention honors in 2024. Leonard leads the flock with 16 receiving touchdowns and 925 yards.
Jack Bradley
A sophomore wide receiver from Tucson, Arizona, Jack Bradley is appearing on his first All-NACC First Team. Bradley has five receiving touchdowns on the season to go with his 636 yards. He also rushed for two touchdowns in the victory over Eureka.
Luis Arellano
A junior offensive lineman from Tucson, Arizona, Luis Arellano is making his second-straight All-NACC Team, with a second-team selection in 2024 and appearing on the All-NACC First Team in 2025. Arellano anchored one of the best offensive lines in the conference that allowed the CUW rushing and passing games to thrive.
Ben Birch
A junior linebacker from Grafton, Wisconsin, Ben Birch is snagging his first All-NACC First Team selection. Birch led the Falcons on defense with 85 tackles on the year. He has 7.5 tackles for loss, one forced fumble and one fumble recovered.
Devin Glowicki
A junior defensive back from Commerce City, Colorado, Devin Glowicki is landing on the All-NACC First Team for the first time. Glowicki shined for Concordia with 56 tackles, three interceptions, three break ups, one forced fumble and one fumble recovered.
Kyle Bortz
A senior offensive lineman from Viera, Florida, Kyle Bortz landed on the All-NACC Second Team for his first All-NACC honor. Bortz was a staple for the Falcons' offensive line that allowed the Falcons to thrive
Kenneth Thompson Jr.
A sophomore offensive lineman from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Kenneth Thompson Jr. is taking his first All-NACC accolade on the All-NACC Second Team. Thompson frustrated NACC defenses in 2025 and helped keep the CUW weapons safe.
Kadin Huisinga
A sophomore linebacker from Glendale, Arizona, Kadin Huisinga snagged his first All-NACC Second Team honor on Thursday afternoon. Huisinga has 36 tackles, four tackles for a loss, three interceptions and one fumble recovery.
Duncan Ireland III
A jumior linebacker from Eagle, Wisconsin, Duncan Ireland III is making his first appearance on an All-NACC squad on the second team. Ireland has stuffed the stat sheet in 2025 with 50 tackles, two tackles for loss, two fumbles recovered, two fumbles forced, an interception and a touchdown.
Omari Waldron
A junior defensive back from Evanston, Illinois, Omari Waldron picked up his first All-NACC honor on the second team. Waldron has 25 tackles on the year and one tackle for loss.
Nick Crowell
A junior wide receiver from Las Vegas, Nevada, Nick Crowell is claiming his first NACC honor on the Honorable Mention Team. Crowell has caught 41 passes for 311 yards and three touchdowns.
Khalil Hargrove-Collins
A sophomore defensive back from Katy, Texas Khalil Hargrove-Collins is on his first All-NACC Team with honorable mention honors. Hargrove-Collins has 24 tackles, three pass break ups, one fumble recovered and one interception.
Kam'Ron Pierre
A sophomore returner from Canyon Country, California Kam'ron Pierre is on the All-NACC Honorable Mention Team for the first time. Pierre averaged 12.67 yards and averaged 30.00 yards on kickoff returns.
