MEQUON, Wis. – On Tuesday morning, the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) released its final Student-Athlete of the Week honors for cross country. Emma Ahrens was selected as the NACC Student-Athlete of the Week for women's cross country by the league's athletic communications professionals.
A junior from Stephens City, Virginia, Emma Ahrens is securing the honor for the fourth time this season and the seventh time in her career. This is now the fourth time that she has collected the honor for cross country.
On Saturday, she claimed the individual title at the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championships. She won the six-kilometer race with a winning time of 22:35.7.
Ahrens and the Falcons return to action on Nov. 15 at the NCAA Division III North Regional Championships.
