MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) announced its Men's Hockey Three Stars of the Week awards on Tuesday morning. For the first time this season the Concordia Wisconsin men's hockey team landed two honorees.

The Falcons had Cooper Brown and Cameron Hrdlicka honored by the conference.

A freshman from Airdrie, Alberta, Cooper Brown is claiming his first career honor. Brown proved to be lethal in the Falcons' weekend sweep of Dubuque.

On Friday, he put up a huge three-point night with two goals, including a power-play goal, and added an assist in the 8-4 victory.

He followed that performance with an assist in Saturday's 4-2 victory.

A sophomore goaltender from Calgary, Alberta, Cameron Hrdlicka is also claiming his first honor.

He opened the weekend with 30 saves in the Friday night victory.

The Alberta native ended the weekend with a season-high 45 saves in the 4-2 victory.

Logan Dombrowsky of St. Norbert was the other star.

The Falcons close December this weekend at Gustavus Adolphus.
