Concordia Wisconsin Esports made history on April 11, as the Call of Duty team completed a perfect season and claimed the 2025 ECAC Grand Finals Championship, marking the program's first national title in the game and its first overall since 2023.
The Falcons were dominant from start to finish, capping off an undefeated 10-0 campaign with a 4-0 sweep of Michigan Tech in the national championship match. CUW didn't drop a single map all season, finishing with a flawless 32-0 map count.
Led by team captain Aziz "Metty" Mrioued and head coach Jack Slater, the Falcons delivered a historic season built on precision, chemistry, and relentless focus. The title win made CUW just the second team in ECAC history to finish undefeated without dropping a single map.
"This team didn't just win — they dominated," said Slater. "To go 32-0 is a testament to their discipline and their belief in each other."
With the victory, the Call of Duty squad added another national banner to the growing legacy of CUW Esports, which continues to establish itself as one of the premier private school programs in the country.
