CANTON, Ga. – The Collegiate Field Hockey Conference (CFHC) released its Academic Honor Roll on Wednesday afternoon, recognizing a record-breaking 88 student-athletes for their excellence in the classroom. Concordia Wisconsin field hockey tied its program record with 12 honorees.
The 12 selections match the totals from the 2023 and 2024 seasons, when the Falcons were represented across the SAA and CFHC.
Senior Katelyn Cardinale (Mount Laurel, N.J.) headlines the list, earning the distinction for the fourth time in her accomplished career.
A quartet of upperclassmen claimed their third Academic Honor Roll selection, including junior Leah Mouganis (Pittsburgh, Pa.), junior Maddie Rider (Danville, Pa.), senior Katie Quirke (Antioch, Ill.) and junior Bella Vandeloecht (St. Louis, Mo.).
A terrific trio of Falcons earned the honor for the second consecutive season with sophomore Hannah Lawson (St. Louis, Mo.), junior Emily Robertson (Canton, Mich.), sophomore Carlijn van der Bend (Voorburg, Netherlands) and sophomore Caitlyn Weitzel (Fallston, Md.). Junior Parks Cawthray (Oakville, Ontario) also secured the honor again after previously being recognized in 2023.
Three freshmen received the distinction for the first time, as Kaitlin Baylen (Antioch, Ill.), Charlie Coln (St. Louis, Mo.) and Bentes Scheeres (Noordwijk, Netherlands) were all named to the honor roll.
To qualify for the CFHC Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must be members of a varsity field hockey program and post a minimum semester GPA of 3.25.
