MEQUON, Wis. – The Concordia University Wisconsin women's field hockey team concluded the 2025 season with a 4-11 overall record and a sixth-place finish in conference play, highlighting a year of perseverance, growth, and individual achievement.
The Falcons faced a competitive schedule throughout the fall while continuing to develop their program and gain valuable experience against conference opponents. The Blue and White's determination and commitment were evident throughout the season as the team battled in every contest and continued to make strides on both ends of the field.
As a team, the Falcons recorded eight goals and 105 shots during the season. The Falcons offense was led by
Charlie Coln and
Kaitlin Baylen, who consistently created opportunities for the Falcons offense. Coln appeared in all 15 games while making 13 starts, finishing the season with two goals and one assist. Baylen also played a significant role in the Falcons' attack, contributing offensively throughout the campaign.
Concordia also excelled in the classroom, placing multiple student-athletes on the College Field Hockey Conference (CFHC) Academic Honor Roll. Honorees include Cardinale, Mouganis,
Maddie Rider, Quirke, Vandeloecht,
Hannah Lawson, Robertson, van der Bend,
Parks Cawthray, Baylen, and Coln.
Additionally, Cardinale was named to the CFHC All-Tournament Team following an impressive postseason performance, further cementing her impact on the Falcons' success throughout the year.
The 2025 season was defined by the dedication of the Falcon student-athletes, who continued to represent the university with excellence both athletically and academically.
As the Falcons look ahead to 2026, the experiences gained this season, combined with the individual and team achievements earned throughout the year, provide optimism for continued growth and future success leading into the 2026 campaign
