MEQUON, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin men's basketball team opens the 2026 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Tournament Quarterfinals at home on Tuesday night against Marian.
The Falcons enter the evening at 14-11 overall and secured the fourth seed in the conference tournament with a 12-6 mark in league play. Marian makes the trip south at 15-10 on the season, earning the fifth seed with an 11-7 conference record.
Concordia Wisconsin is making its 17th appearance in the NACC Tournament and owns a 15-14 all-time record in the event, cutting down the nets in 2015 and 2020. The Falcons are 9-6 in quarterfinal contests and hold a 10-5 record in tournament games played on their home floor. Marian is making its 11th tournament appearance and previously claimed conference titles in 2014 and 2022. This marks the third NACC Tournament meeting between the two programs, with the series tied at 1-1. The Falcons captured the 2012 quarterfinal matchup, while the Sabres won the 2022 championship game.
Tonight's contest is the 82nd all-time meeting between the schools in a series that dates back to 1988. Concordia Wisconsin holds a 48-33 advantage and has won each of the last five matchups. The Falcons clinched homecourt advantage with a 90-80 victory on Wednesday.
Nationally, the Falcons rank seventh in NCAA Division III in free throws made per game at 19.3, 16th in free throw percentage at 76.9 percent, and 19th in free throw attempts per game at 25.1.
Individually, Landers has been one of the most productive players in the country. He leads the nation with 227 made free throws and 655 total points. He also ranks second in free throw attempts (259) and double-doubles (17), third in points per game (26.2) and defensive rebounds per game (9.08), fourth in rebounds per game (11.8), and fifth in total rebounds with 294.
