MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) released its weekly Three Stars of the Week honors for Women's Hockey. Makayla Spejcher was voted as one of the three stars.
A senior from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Makayla Spejcher is claiming her first weekly honor of the year and her fourth career weekly honor.
Spejcher started the week with two goals on Friday.
She followed that up with a goal and an assist in the 7-1 victory on Saturday.
The other two stars of the week were Ava Mattaliano of Adrian and Jillian Traver of Marian.
Spejcher and the Falcons return to action on Friday against Lake Forest.
