Six Falcons Secure All-NACC Honors

MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced its All-Conference Teams and major award winners for the 2025 women's lacrosse season on Thursday morning. The Falcons landed six selections, with Ava Karlov, Emily Robertson, Natalie Mackrell, and Katelyn Cardinale on the All-NACC Second Team and Kami McCardle and Delainey McCardle claiming honorable mention honors.

Ava Karlov

A senior defender from Naperville, Illinois, Ava Karlov is securing her second All-NACC honor, she claimed second-team honors in 2024. Karlov pestered NACC offenses all season long and caused 29 turnovers on the season. She picked up 44 ground balls, scored six goals and added 10 assists.

Emily Robertson

A sophomore midfielder from Canton, Michigan, Emily Robertson is claiming her first All-NACC honor. Robertson stuffed the stat sheet in 2025. She led the team with 50 ground balls and 33 caused turnovers. The Michigander won 40 draw controls, scored 14 goals and finished with seven assists.  

Natalie Mackrell

A senior midfielder from Florissant, Colorado, Natalie Mackrell is collecting her first All-NACC honor. Mackrell soared all over the field for the Falcons this year. She scored 13 goals and led the Falcons with 18 assists. She also added 43 draw controls, 34 ground balls and 29 caused turnovers.

Katelyn Cardinale

A junior attacker from Mount Laurel, New Jersey, Katelyn Cardinale is snagging her third All-NACC honor. She was a first-team selection in 2023 and 2024. Cardinale led the CUW offense with 69 points on 60 goals and nine assists. She had a team-best 67 draw controls and had 46 ground balls and 26 caused turnovers.

Kami McCardle

A senior midfielder from Jackson, Wisconsin, Kami McCardle is making her first appearance on an All-NACC team. Kami McCardle was a key threat for the Falcons this year and had 32 goals and eight assists on the season. She also had 23 ground balls, 21 caused turnovers and four draw controls.

Delainey McCardle

A junior defender from Jackson, Wisconsin, Delainey McCardle is being awarded by the NACC for the first time. Delainey McCardle brought fear into the eyes of NACC offenses and was a staple for the Concordia defense. She finished with 24 ground balls, 21 caused turnovers and two goals.
